2011 Easter Celebration Dinner

This year, 2011, the Easter Celebration dinner was held at the home of Lisa and Dave for the first time. Thanks to Lisa for letting whole family come togather to gather for the all occasions.
The daughter (Holly) of the semi-proffessional cameraperson who took many photos of the Christmas gathering for Hiroko, sent the following photos taken by her I-touch.

Dave and Lisa Dan-san and Lisa

Dave’s brother, Cris and Dan-san Dave’s mother (Joyce) and Hiroko

Cris and Hiroko enjoyed Adult Chocolate Milk
The first sip of the milk made Hiroko chocke because of the sweetness or strong liquior taste. It was a very tasty drink.

Cris’s last name is Mateers. The name is printed on his green shirt. Isn’t he looking like Elvis?

Lisa and Hiroko

Where is my plate? Cris and Holly’s dog named Tussy. This dog eats everything, so he can’t have anything from the table. Sorry!

These photos were taken very well with I-touch. Video pictures of the dancing girls taken with I-touch were also sent to Hiroko, so they are posted in the middle of this article. Please enjoy them.

Now, from here all these photos were taken by Hiroko with Olympus camera. Please don’t say they are so different. It is very difficult to take the moving objects Well, these shaky photos might be effected by the adult milk.

Mateers family came on time, and they were relaxing when Dan-san and Hiroko arrived.

Joyce, Dave’s father, Ranny and Holly is daughter-in-law to them

Appetizer Table

Easter celebration appetizers were little bit different. Dave’s new dish Special Coroket. Mashed boiled potato and mix ham, eggs, and parmesan cheese. Put another cheese cut in squre in the center of corokets while shaping them, and deep fry. Delicious corockets. Spinich dip made by Holly with crackers and chips, and couple of different cheeses and sausages and salamis. Be careful eating too much.

Dan-san enjoyed appetizer Joyce enjoyed Adult Milk

Cris’ daughter was preparing her pajama for changing before going home.

Cris was showing off his shirt.

What was Dave cooking in the kitchen?

He had just taken out the pork tenderloin for today’s Entrée. Pork tenderloin was baked with sauer-Kraut. It was very good recipe for pork.

Dave’s cousin had just arrived. First, they had some appetizer, then drinks
They brought these yellow tulips. Spring had come! Spring had come in this home!

Here came the famous chef and friend. “Because of this chef we can have these expensive tenderloins for the Christmas and the Easter dinner.” “Thank you so much for the beef tenderloin we enjoyed at Christmas.” “Please have some drink!” “Shall I bring the Adult Chocolate Milk?” “No, thanks! I’d like to have beer.”

Isn’t it good to have a barbecue party with this grill in summer?

"Daddy, how does this work?""Well, Let me see!"

"I think I can now."
“Well, it is not a time for dinner, yet.” “Let’s do game dancing?” “Let’s do it!” “I had been practicing since Christmas. I’d like to show it to Elsa. Where is she?” “Elsa is working at home.” “This is family gathering.” Why can’t she come.” “Her boss said Elsa doesn’t have children, so any emergency works could be assigned to her.” “What is that he is saying?” “Isn’t it discrimination?” “Does it means someone who doesn’t have a child is less valuable?” “Let’s call Elsa.” “Well, well, please let’s do the game dance!”

No need to explain for these photos.

Please click YouTube to see video pictures of the game dancing taken by Holly with her I-Touch.

Oh, Dave’s father started making salad. Our dinner would be ready soon.

Dave had also been finishing his Potato dish. With 3 lb. potato he put l lb. butter. WOW too much butter! Well, only tonight! However, Dave uses lots of butter all the time, said Lisa

Pork tenderloin was done. Dave started to cut tenderloin and placed on the sauer-kraut.

Gave grace for the food by Dan-san

“Father in heaven: Give praise and thanks to You for who You are and what You have done for us on the Easter Sunday 2,000 years ago. With Your death and resurrection we can have the righteous life and freedom. Thank you for this family gathering to celebrate Easter. Thanks for your care and guidance of each one of them here. Thank you for all these delicious foods. Ask You to provide good meals for the people who aren’t fortunate. Thanks again for your love and grace. In Jesus name, Amen.”
